Ziggy is 75% Alpine and 25% Nubian. Ziggy will be replacing her dam in our milking herd. Ziggy's dam, Brie was one of our best milkers in 2007 and 2008! She milked about 14 pounds per day her first year. Ziggy was the runt of Brie's 2008 quads. She has an absolutely beautiful build, a very powerful doeling! Adam is Ziggy's sire. Adam's Dam and Granddam were both breed leaders at very young ages, and that combined with the fact that Ziggy's dam was one of our best milkers, we are confident that Ziggy will be an amazing milker! Ziggy has already done very well in the show ring. At only 4 months old, she placed First in her class and Reserve Junior Champion next to our own dry yearling, Promise! Unfortunately Ziggy can only be shown as a Grade Alpine but we will put her on milk test,when we are ready.
