Free Kid Program |
In 2010, we will again be offering a free, purebred, quality goat kid or kids, to at least one deserving youth. Last year we awarded an Alpine buckling to Amanda Hoeff of Washington. We are hoping for lots of applicants for 2010! The more youth that apply, the more goats that will be awarded. This year, we will be awarding at least one Nubian, Alpine or LaMancha doe or buckling (possibly more if we have more than one worthy youth recipient). Youths must be between 8 years and 18 years old to apply. Some priority is given to 4-H Member FFA Members or youths that are involved in some sort of goat program OR have specific goals. Winners are responsible for transportation of their goat and must take possesion of their goat by the time the goat is 3 months old. Goats awarded will be show quality animals (no culls). If you are a youth between 8 and 18 years old, and you have your parents permission, and you would like to apply for a goat, send your application to us before June 1st, 2010. email us for our address. |
